1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "apkvip", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the apkvip platform accessible at apkvip.bet and all associated services, products, and sub-domains.
• "Platform" means the apkvip website, mobile-optimised web application, and all content, games, betting markets, tools, and services available through it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency supported by the Platform.
• "Funds" means any PKR balance deposited into, credited to, or held within a registered apkvip Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions can be processed.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a law includes any amendment or re-enactment of that law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the apkvip Platform is restricted. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. apkvip does not permit access to or use of its services by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and apkvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or had an Account closed by apkvip for any reason.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that would prevent your participation in online gambling activities.
• The funds you intend to deposit are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the apkvip Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (compatible with JazzCash or EasyPaisa where applicable), and a valid email address. apkvip is entitled to rely on the information you provide and bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate registration data.

3 Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account under any circumstances.

You agree to notify apkvip immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account. apkvip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not use your Account for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful wagering activity on the Platform.
• You must not attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise deal with your Account or any Funds held within it to any third party.
• You must not access or attempt to access the Accounts of any other registered user.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on your Account and apkvip strongly recommends that all users enable this feature to protect their Account security.

apkvip reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including re-verification of identity, source of funds, or age, as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to cooperate with such checks within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of Account access and withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits & Payments

apkvip supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally available payment channels. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 for eligible accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your Account. All deposit limits are displayed within the Account cashier section at the time of transaction.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed in real time and credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one business day. Delays caused by the banking institution are outside apkvip's control.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation and are subject to the prevailing PKR conversion rate at the time of processing.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. apkvip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the depositing Account may be subject to review.

apkvip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment service in connection with deposits to the Platform.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the full KYC verification process, including submission and approval of valid government-issued identification (CNIC or passport) and proof of address.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of PKR 500.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before real-money funds attributable to a bonus offer become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your verified Account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one (1) business day. SadaPay withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two (2) hours subject to network conditions.

apkvip reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. In such cases, processing may be extended by up to five (5) business days while the review is completed. apkvip will notify you via your registered email address if a withdrawal is subject to such a review.

Withdrawals may be declined where apkvip has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, apkvip may freeze the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

apkvip offers various promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback awards, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer.

The following general conditions apply to all apkvip bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and is typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Multiple Accounts, the use of shared devices or IP addresses to claim the same offer, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation will be considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active in an Account at any given time unless a specific promotion expressly permits simultaneous activation.

apkvip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the apkvip Platform are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the betting rules section of the Platform. Cricket betting — including PSL, Test matches, ODIs, and T20 internationals — is subject to the cricket-specific rules available within the sports betting section of the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. apkvip reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, apkvip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective Accounts.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the in-play rules applicable to each market. Decisions on the settlement of in-play bets are final and based on official data sources used by the Platform.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are accurate as verified by the game provider and periodic audits.
• apkvip reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager where there is evidence of technical malfunction, manifest error in game display, or exploitation of a software error or vulnerability.

The settlement of all bets and casino game outcomes is final once confirmed by the Platform. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to apkvip customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event's completion or game session's conclusion. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkvip Platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and may forfeit all Funds held within the Account:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any KYC or verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or using a minor's identity to register an Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, play games, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated activity designed to defraud the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any element of the Platform, its software, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apkvip staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the apkvip Platform, including but not limited to the apkvip name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of apkvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from apkvip.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any apkvip trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital service.

Any unauthorised use of apkvip intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

apkvip is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and above who choose to participate in online betting and casino gaming as a form of entertainment. Gambling involves financial risk and is not a reliable source of income.

apkvip provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps that the system enforces automatically. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will automatically log you out.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications during active gaming sessions summarising time spent and net results.
• Self-exclusion: Apply a temporary or permanent exclusion to your Account, blocking all access to the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without committing to full self-exclusion.

11 Suspension & Termination

apkvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access.

In cases where an Account is closed for reasons other than proven fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method within ten (10) business days of the closure decision being finalised, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting apkvip customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any available real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkvip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, apkvip expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses incurred through sports bets, casino games, or any other wagering activity.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond apkvip's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contains errors.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, apkvip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments

apkvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, apkvip will provide notice to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. apkvip recommends checking this page at least once every three months or following any notification of amendment sent to your registered email address.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkvip holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and apkvip arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation by contacting apkvip customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this section limits apkvip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unlawful or fraudulent use of the Platform.
